I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were clean and tidy, but the service left a lot to be desired. The location was convenient, but the dining options were lacking.
The hotel had a poor training staff who failed to provide accurate information at check-in for my 7-day stay. The price transparency was lacking, making the value for money unsatisfactory. Despite that, the housekeeping was subpar, and it seems the staff barely meet customer expectations.
